JOB DETAILS:
FLEET SUPERVISOR POST (1)
• Maintain an up to date database of all the vehicles and motorbikes and the logbooks.
• Oversee and ensure timely repairs, maintenance, and reports of all company fleet
• Budget and plan for Procurement of tools spare part
• Advice staff on accidents matters and follow up on accidents cases with relevant garage.
• Report any damages on the company vehicles to the supervisor within the lead time.
• Liaise with the fuel provider and maintain cordial relationships to ensure that the vehicles are within the limit and are in proper working condition.
• Submit Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the status of the fleet.
• Overseeing insurance claims processing in respect to motor vehicle accidents/theft.
• Record management of the tools
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance repairs and replacement
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair tools with accuracy and speed.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a busy organization with proven track record of using a fleet tracking system.
• Automotive engineering/ motor vehicle mechanic certificate.
• A valid Certificate of Good conduct and a clean driving license
• A track record of success in fleet management and management.
• Computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
SALE SUPERVISOR
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and obiectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/duarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales duotas
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENC E
• A diploma/degree in marketing or other related field with 2-3 years of experience with a valid driving license
• Demonstrable ability to comm unicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Has Leadership capability and able to work for long hours.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communications skills
PROCUREMENT OFFICER
• Implementation oi‘ sourcing strategy, communication plan and supplier management for the various departments
• Select appropriate suppliers for the different spend categories
• Ensure the agreed service levels with internal stakeholders are met
• Drive and be responsible for sourcing, vendor approval process and supplier performance
• Converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders whilst ensuring quality oi‘ procurement and accounting data and sending the purchase order to external vendors.
• Managing directly with the supplier the delivery of materials.
• Ensuring supplier payments by monitoring timely receipt of invoices, balance oi‘ goods to be delivered and comparison oi‘ the goods receipt verses the invoice receipt.
• Ensuring excellent supplier relations and Inventory management and reports
• Diploma/Degree in business related field (logistics, procurement and supplies)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Excellent Computing Skills, l~/lust nave excellent Microsoft office skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, Communication and interpersonal skills
• SAP working knowledge and fleet-rnanagernent will be an added advantage.
