JOB DETAILS:
Toyota Tsusho East Africa Limited is the regional Headquarter for Toyota Tsusho Corporation that supports and accelerates Trading, Investment and Project Management activities by the Toyota Group in East Africa. We support the distribution of Toyota and the Group brand of vehicles in a total of 10 countries in the region. The company added regional franchise of Case IH tractors to support agriculture which is the backbone of economic development in East Africa. In addition to mobility, the company actively supports national economic development activities through the delivery of mega infrastructure projects, general trading and investment in production & manufacturing.
Reporting to: Parts Manager
Department: Parts Department
Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and timely support service and marketing to external customers .

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell products to meet customer needs.
• Conduct field visits to prospect for and close sales deals.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining monthly customer database report
• Identifying new customer in the market.
• Advice customer on substitution of parts when identical part is not available.
• Execute various sales growth strategies for parts sales
• Provide customer with all parts knowledge and technical advice in order to achieve the set targets.
• Ensure achievement of parts sales target.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
