JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Field Officer (Systems)
Reports to: ALARM RESPONSE AND LOGISTICS OFFICER
Interfaces with: MRT CREWS, RESPONSE RIDERS / CONTROL ROOM
Education: Minimum of Grade C plain in K.C.S.E, Degree or Diploma in Security Studies or any other relevant course is an added advantage
Experience: 3 years' working experience in BM with a clean work record Training: Basic Guarding Training, MRT Training, AA Riders Training Course, must possess a VALID motorcycle license Skills:

MANDATORY BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1. Supervisory / Leadership Management;

4. Conflict Resolution;
5. Defensive Riding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Properly supervise MRT crews at least once in each 12-hour shift.
• Address, resolve or escalate any grievances or complaints from Ensure each crew member is sober, alert, properly uniformed and crews conversant with the SOPs of his assignment.
