JOB DETAILS:
Farm Manager

Hekima Place Inc Trust is a childrens home for girls located along Magadi Road, at Comer Bandi. Kiserian, Kajiado County. The Board seeks to recruit a farm manager

Key Responsibilities;
• Produce quality food stuff that meets the needs of the children at Hekima Race. • Create a stable income from farming activities (crop & animals) by selling the farm products and minimizing on the cost of production.
• Develop and implement a farm management plan to ensure that learning in agriculture its offered to girls.

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma m general agriculture (crop & animal science) and project management minimum 5 years' experience in managing a farm (all season)-a proven track record.
• Passion in agriculture, able to operate and run basic farm machinery
• Experience in marketing.
• Ability to write project proposals
• Responsible, self-driven, ageing 35 - 55 years.
• Upholds Christian Faith and values and good inter-personal skills.
• Driving skills.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
