Job Description
Essential
• Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to Vegetable Production.
• O level/A level education or its equivalent.
• Good Hygiene Training
• 2 Years’ relevant experience
• Communication skills

• People management skills
• Integrity and honesty

Measures of Performance:
• Effective adherence to all policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to vegetable production.
• Timely and efficient delivery of material to and from work.
• Timely and careful transportation of workers to and from farm
• Proper use and care of vehicle
• Effective communication with all staff.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
Qualifications
• A Minimum of a Degree in Business Management / Agribusiness Management or any other equivalent qualification.
• Financial acumen i.e CPA or any other Finance/Accounting qualification will be an added advantage
Knowledge, skills & experience
• Proven ability in the farm management field in keeping with the size and complexity of this position.
• Have the necessary planning and organisational skills to achieve the targets and carry out company policies as applicable.
• Be able give role clarity and ensure teamwork among staff.
• Be self-motivated and able to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside the company.
• Accept the role as manager within corporate farming operation and work actively as a team member in developing and achieving company objectives.
• Promote and project a positive attitude towards the company and its objectives.
