Chebango EPZ Tea Company is seeking a qualified dynamic and self-motivated person to fill the following position:
Job Title: Factory Manager
Job Purpose: To provide Leadership in Efficient Manufacture of High Quality Tea
Supervises: Factory Operations and all Support Services
Reports to: Director
Qualifications, skills and experience
• Degree in Food Production or Food Science or Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in a food processing establishment;
• Experience in people management and tea production supervision; and,
• Trainingand experience in tea manufacturing is an added advantage
