JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the Head of the Nairobi Convention Secretariat and the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator of the SAPPHIRE Project, the consultant will be responsible for the following
• Develop course material, including a timetable, for the workshop and make them available to the participants.
• Facilitate the workshop as per the agreed timetable.
• Prepare a workshop report.

Qualifications/special Skills

• University degree is required in Business Economics, Management, Commerce, Communication, Psychology, International Development and/or other related disciplines relevant to the assignment.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years working experience is required in leadership development processes, coaching and mentorship is required.
• Working knowledge of the Western Indian Ocean (WIO) region and experience of working with the Governments of the region would be desirable.
• Ability to work within very short timelines and with minimum supervision with be added advantage.
