The Role
The position holder will be handling a wide range of personal administrative tasks to support the Executive and will be expected to work independently, with little or no supervision while being exceedingly well organized and adaptable.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
2. A minimum of 4 years’ extensive experience as a personal assistant
3. Experience dealing with senior management
4. Highly proficient in Ms Office, specifically, Ms Excel and Ms Word

Competencies & Skills
1. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discerning between private and sensitive information vs public information
2. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-organise as well as organise others
3. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
4. Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally represent the Executive.
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Confidence in dealing with and managing complex situations
