The Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) is a national, non-governmental organization which seeks the enjoyment of all human rights by all Kenyans. It provides evidence-based research and analysis on human rights in Kenya, advocates for the full realization of those rights and works with community based networks across the country to help them organize and mobilize for the attainment of these rights.
Kenya is 10 years past the promulgation of the 2010 Constitution-which provided us with the structural foundations required to consolidate our democracy. However, over the years the implementation of the constitution and rule of law has been curtailed and as the country prepares for a major general election in 2022 there is a need to rise up and claim the rights of every Kenyan to a free and democratic state. This position is intended for candidates keen and committed to engaging with all actors to turn the tide. The KHRC is looking to fill the position of Executive Director. .
