The Forum is the public facing expert influence entity of Future Africa Investments Limited. We use our convening power and deep African expertise to facilitate stronger collaboration, coordination and campaigning. In this role, the selected candidate will be working with a community of inspiring change makers and policy experts and will report to the CEO.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking an Executive Associate (EA) to provide outstanding operations, business management and administrative support to the CEO. In this role, the selected candidate will be working with a community of inspiring change makers and policy experts, HNWI’s, Government, Private and Social sector Leaders. This role will involve traveling for high-level engagements. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual who enjoys problem solving and working as part of a close team and has strong time-management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple work streams. The EA will thrive in complexity and have high self-awareness, be a talented organiser with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and have a keen eye for detail. The EA will act as an integrator connecting work streams across the organisation, and as a communicator linking the CEO with the broader organization. We are particularly interested in candidates who are passionate about driving change in Africa. The role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities
• Oversight and responsibility of CEO’s high-level correspondences and talking points, preparation of documents, slide decks, and other public-facing materials, track and help manage important relationships, including reminders to check in with key contacts, and recommendations around prioritising calls.
• Provide technical and logistical support for virtual and in-person meetings, events, draft agendas, and provide outreach to attendees.
• Management of CEO’s schedule including setting weekly agendas for team meetings, outlining important tasks, helping organise team priorities and tracking progress of organisation priorities and workstreams, organise the CEO’s travel, and other logistics under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience. A Masters’ degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years providing management consulting and executive leadership support.
• Strong English-language writing and public speaking skills; fluency in a second language (French) a plus.
