JOB DETAILS:
Coveted Human Resource Services Limited is a company that specializes in Labour Outsourcing and provision of cleaning services. We not only recruit and select the right staff for you; we also manage the staff for you through the employee leasing mechanism. This means the employee will be working for you but being managed by us.
SALARY: Ksh30,000+ Commission
LOCATION: Nairobi within the CBD
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will promote and sale company’s products and services offered. He/She will approache potential customers to make sales and maintain excellent relationships with all clients. You will be required to reach sales quotas and delivers sales reports to upper management. .

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Study and understand all facets of events products and services being offered
• Train in various sales tactics and approaches approved by the company
• Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
• Hones and delivers skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
• Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific events offerings to potential clients
• Detail pricing and negotiate costs when necessary
• Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company
• Add notes to record for each client call or meeting
• Track every purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
• Work to maximise sales and meet quotas in the short and long term
• Maintain excellent relationships with all clients in the executive's portfolio
• Travel to see clients, attend tradeshows, or participate in industry events or trainings
• Meet clients outside of normal business hours when necessary
• Receive bonuses for exceptional sales performance

• Previous Sales Experience of at least 3-5 years
