JOB DETAILS:
Requirement for appointment
• Holder of Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university;
• Hold Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Council of Legal Education;
• Must be a member of the Law society of Kenya.
• Knowledge of Labor laws and Industrial Relations.
• Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement policies and procedures for the general operation of the Board’s Compliance and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• Communicate decisions of the Board relating to the code of conduct.
• Provide technical guidance to the Board on legal, ethical and compliance issues.
• Monitor and implement the Board’s decisions on disciplinary and human resource matters.
• Assist in the Investigation of disciplinary cases.
• Follow up on implementation of OSHA, WIBA, Labor Relations Act 2007, Employment Act 2007 and Labor Institutions Act 2007.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
