JOB DETAILS:
Employment of a local Site Agent to SCC International Engineering (Kenya) Co., Ltd for Stage Improvement of Nyaru-lten (C53) Road

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years’ experience as an Engineer, and shall be a Registered Engineer as registered by the Engineer's Registration Board of Kenya in accordance with the Laws of Kenya Cap 530;
  
• Can communicate well in both English and Chinese language, fluent in oral English and Chinese, and be familiar with FIDIC in relation to civil engineering;
  
• Site planning, co-ordination, supervision and inspection of civil and structural works. Monitoring work progress to ensure good quality of the design and constitution of the project and also timely completion within the specific periods;
  
• Participate in handling the disputes and emergent issues upon the process of Contract;
  
• Coordinate with relating parties and assist in submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly project highlights to Project Manager;
  
•  Assist in preparing quotations with costing specialist to support the commercial activities;
  
• Progressively fol10w up with as-built documents & drawings hand-over all through the project execution.
