JOB DETAILS:Job Purpose/Mission 
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for offer training in support of the Sales Division’s efforts in achieving key performance goals. Regarding onboarding of new agents, training of existing agents, they are expected to train and educate sales staff from the point of their initial hire and on a continuous basis. They will be accountable for training all departmental system procedures and policies, identifying any issues with training methodology and make suggestions for improvements as needed.
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team and Contractors/Agents.
• Conduct and support customer education clinics
• Develop Regional training material required for training in line with company policy.
• Conduct training sessions for new and current sales team and Contractor Agents.
• Developing individualized training plans for underperforming sales persons.
• Develop new training approaches and techniques whilst making improvements in training programs.
• Collect feedback from the commercial team leads and trainees to identify the challenges they had during the training process and incorporate improvement measures onto the next training sessions.
• Measure the ROI on trainings conducted through evaluating the performance of trainees after the sessions.
• Support recruitment of new sales force (Contractor/Agents) within the regional commercial teams.
• Coordinate with external trainers and Regional Manager.
• Maintain and update records of training material and sessions.
• Schedule orientations and related training events for new and existing teams within the region incl. Contractors/Agents.
• Recommend budget for training events, monitor costs and report against ROI during the program.
• Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the regional sales environment.
Experience:• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Training.
• Good Analytical skills, presentation skills, communication, negotiation and organization skills.
• Report writing Skills.
• Understanding of different training methodologies and its application.
• Proven record of explaining complex subjects in simple ways.
• Be Empathetic
• Flexibility and willingness to travel in remote areas.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, and Ms Word [Fully computer-literate]
• Proven team player.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or other related fields.
• Experience in Renewable energy field is an added advantage.
• Training Certification is an added advantage- T.o.T, Adult learning etc.
Language(s):• English
• A Local language is a plus.
Technology:• Experience in Microsoft programs.

You will assist in preparing financial transactions and reporting for the Nairobi Office, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will report directly to the accountant and will be part of the finance team.
Responsibilities
• Assist with documentation review, for completeness, before processing (necessary for expense reimbursements and accounting for advances).
• Assist with managing receivables and following up on outstanding balances, including communicating with staff.
• Ensure all due payments are processed and disbursed on time.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Initiate SAP data entry and maintenance, data reconciliations and generation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Manage recurring accounting stakeholders relationships.
