JOB DETAILS:

Our client in the hospitality industry have fully furnished and serviced apartments and a guest restaurant. They are looking into employing an electrician who will also be performing the plumbing duties from time to time. The employee will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing and maintaining both electrical and water systems in the company. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Installing and repairing electrical systems in the company
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical systems
• Running electronic tests and inspections
• Cleaning contacts or circuit boards
• Ensuring all sockets, switches and bulbs are working well
• Installing outlets, lighting fixtures and switches
• Preventative measures, troubleshooting, repairing, installing and maintaining electrical systems
• Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential and hotel.

Job Skills: Not Specified

Job Qualifications:
• Diploma/ Certificate in Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in a company or hotel performing both duties of an electrician and a plumber
• A qualified electrician with Plumbing experience is preferred than a Plumber with electrical experience
• Good communication skills and reporting skills are Key
