JOB DETAILS:
An Electrical contracting company based in Nairobi is looking for an ERP Administrator: –
Job Title: ERP Administrator

Basic Requirement:
• Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) from a recognized university
• 2 years’ experience in Trimble Contract Master Software

Roles & responsibilities
• Liaison between Trimble Inc and internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Trimble related hardware, software and user access problems
• Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
• Assist in system upgrades, fixes, installations, and testing with technical teams and users
• Build positive working relationships with project team members, internal stakeholders and Trimble Inc.
• Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Server maintenance and backup
• Any other instructions from HOD

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
