TheCounty Government of Homabay (HBCTY)invites tenders for the ProposedDRILLING, DEVELOPMENT, PUMP
TESTING AND EQUIPING WITH SOLAR PUMPING UNIT FOR KOGOLA PRIMARY CWP IN
KABONDO WEST WARD.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardizedtenderdocument.
2. The tenderisopentoallqualifiedandinterested Tenderers. Any Contractors with pending works with the County Government of
Homabay are NOT eligible to participate in this tender.
3. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at Director Supply Chain
Office County Government of Homabay (HBCTY)between 8.00am and 5.00pm Kenyan Time, during Official working
days.
4. The document is to be downloaded free of charge from the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke
and/or Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) Supplier
Portalwww.supplier.treasury.go.keusing the unique IFMIS negotiation number indicated or County Website
(www.homabay.go.ke
5. Bidders who download the tender document must register with County Government; the company name, postal, physical,
email and telephone address for the purposes of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums if need be
through Email: procurement.homabay@gmail.com
6. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and service delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and will
remain valid for 119 days from date of tender opening.
7. All tenderers to provide Ksh.60,000 bid bond from financial institution regulated by Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).
Original bid bond should be deposited and registered with the procurement secretariat while its copy uploaded with the
tender documents.
8. TheTenderershallchronologicallyserializeallpagesand attachments numerically in the order of 1, 2, 3……
ofthetenderdocumentssubmitted.
9. Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS supplier portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke not later
than 225th January, 2023at 10:00 am. Manual submissions will not be allowed.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafterin the IFMIS Supplier Portal.
