JOB DETAILS:
Nestle Kenya Ltd, a leading FMCG company is seeking a distribution partner to distribute its products in the Mountain region (Muranga, kiraini, Othaya. Nyeri, Karatina, Naromoru & Nanyuki environs).
We are seeking a distributor who is business-savvy and hungry for growth with the ability to accelerate our top line growth through retail penetration and customer expansion. The business will offer lucrative returns for the successful partner. .

The requirements to qualify as a distributor include:
• Extensive knowledge of the region including routes outlets and ability to forecast the business potential. (Monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Bank guarantee of KES, 7M from a tier 1 or 2 bank
• Working capital of KES. 5 million
• An office with internet connectivity
• Adequate warehousing space (at least 2000sq)
• Competent sales and support team comprising of minimum 4 order booking salespeople 2 Van sales people and 1 data clerk.
• Able to provide at the minimum, the following vehicles one 3-ton van for deliveries and 2 retail vans
• Should be a registered company complying with all legal requirements and with audited results for the last three financial years.
• Experience managing a distribution business will be an added advantage
