In summary, you are responsible for both people leadership and performance management. Success in people leadership looks like supporting and serving your team to become the best they can be at CloudFactory, while success in performance management looks like exceeding KPIs for each account your team is responsible for, and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Delivery.

Responsibilities
• Enabling the success of the portfolio of accounts and projects by ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met.
• Developing their team members to be able to support large, enterprise accounts and deal with challenging client situations.
• Maintaining growth and scale by managing scope, revenue, margins, growth strategies and cost schedules of Service Delivery.
• Planning and execution of business and people-related risk and change management.
• Ensuring effective structure and organization for the Delivery Team.
• Inspiring highly diverse team members by ensuring good servant leadership is practiced throughout Delivery.
• Cultivate a growth environment that invests in people, allowing them to develop through stretch goals, frequent feedback, and effective coaching.
• Improving the efficiency of your team through best practices and continuous process improvements.
• Making a strong contribution to the Delivery Operations strategy as a member of the Global Delivery leadership team.

Being close to the Customers and the cloud workers will require getting your hands dirty from time to time and the ability to go into the details of projects. Fitting with us requires the ability to be flexible with working times as most of our clients are in the US, Australia, and Europe while the Delivery teams are primarily in Nepal and Kenya. You must be willing to think beyond your typical job description and help support CloudFactory in a multitude of areas.

Experience
• Minimum of 7+ years proven strategic and project management experience managing concurrent, large scale technology projects which include business process, technology and training deliverables.
• Professional services experience with large customers
• Management of global project teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proven experience in building up team members and contributing to process improvements.
