JOB DETAILS:
Minimum Requirements
• He/She should be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a multicultural environment;
• Should be a creative and innovative team player;
• Should be a person of integrity; morally upright and mature;
• Should be able to work under minimu supervision;
• Should have excellent team leadaership skills
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
• PhD holder (in Distance or related Learning) or equivalent;
• Must be of Academic Rank of a Senior Lecturer and above
• Must meet the requirements of chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity
• Minimum five years demonstrable experience

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate ODeL Programs and Services;
• Coordinate Research for improved services;
• Creating awareness on online learning;
• Facilitate Admission to ODeL Programmes;
• Leverage use of ICT in e-Learning.
• Overall supervision of ODeL programmes/delivery;
• Training of users in the Technology;
