Key Responsibilities
Leadership/Supervisory Role
• Manage the consulting practice through people management, delivery management, and client engagement.
• Identify leads, or oversee the development of customer-facing business solutions and offerings that have an impact on the market.
• Manage and plan the business operations and resources.
• Lead the management team and/or senior-level individual contributors.
• Accountable for managing and growing a substantive revenue stream and customer base.
• Formulate and implement the consulting strategy.
• Resolves staffing issues for very complex engagements.
• Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results.
• Oversees all activities of the firm including project implementation and business development.
• Develop solutions across functions and establish business competencies in projects that are essential for the implementation of strategies.
• Personally manage high-value clients and provide quality and timely delivery while ensuring value proposition.
• Mentor personnel within the firm, provide training assisting in the execution of their duties.
• Work with the business development team to make strategic decisions and share trends relevant to the business development department in order to improve overall performance.
Project Management/Strategy
• Responsible for the development of the in-house team for project implementation.
• Lead and involved in product development, project management, organizational redesign, and process redesign.
• Takes up ambiguous and complex project/product/program issues and uses his research and business assessment capabilities to define the issues, drive innovative ideas, and recommend actionable solutions.
Consumer Relations and analytics
• Maintain and develop relationships with the existing consumers by reaching out and listening to the consumers’ requirements.
• Play an analytical role to identify complex project/product/program issues and independently use competence in initiating analyses as the basis for recommending appropriate courses of action.
• Conducts meetings and prepare reports and guiding materials for board and relevant management.
Marketing and Communication Materials
• Develop messages and marketing materials for clients and partners. The materials need to be custom-made depending on the need.
• Assist in preparing content for the website and social media outlets, such as staff bios, blog posts, news announcements, new wins.
Other Duties
• Perform duties as necessary for the effective execution as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer

Academic Qualification
• Master’s degree in international development, business administration, or another related field.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Google platforms, and other online collaboration tools

Work Experience
• Min. 10 years experience in the field of strategic consulting.
• Strong capabilities in writing, research, planning and time management, and organization with a problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to produce high-quality products quickly and efficiently with outstanding writing and editing skills, attention to detail.
