JOB DETAILS:

Direct Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
The DSR will be responsible for business development and growth through recruitment and savings mobilization of existing and new members with intention of growing Sacco Market portfolio to achieve the intended financial growth

Job Description:
• Carrying out recruitment of new individual and corporate members
• Savings and deposits Mobilization of new and existing clients with the aim of growing the portfolios
• Activation of dormant accounts as per the set target
• Reporting performance of weekly progress
• Continuously and timely marketing the SACCO products and services.
• To enhance growth in quality loan portfolio through creation of awareness of new and existing products to existing and potential members.
• Provide management with customer feedback on Sacco products and service.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or any Business-related course
• At least 2 years experience in a similar environment preferably a financial institution

• Good understanding of Sacco products
• Good people, interpersonal and networking skills
• Business driver and customer-driven
• Market intelligence and business development skills
