Citizens Credit Limited institution is offering micro credit solutions, to positively transform the lives of their customers and other stakeholders. The company seeks to hire a dynamic individual to fill the role of Direct Sales Representatives. Candidates living within Nairobi, Ngong, Kiserian, and Ongata Rongai are encouraged to apply .

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for acquisition of new business through client recruitment.
• Deliver set Sales Targets in quality loan referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns to ensure clients are well informed of the products.
• Seek customer feedback on products and services offered by the organization.
• Provide daily Sales Reports to the supervisor.
• Meet with potential clients to market our products and services and convert them into business opportunities
• Meeting personal and team sales targets.
• Improving visibility and brand image of the company by directly selling and promoting company products to the assigned markets.

  Job Qualifications:
• Diploma from a recognized institution in sales related course is an added advantage
• At least 1-year experience in sales and Marketing in banks/micro lending companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative and flexible

• Should be self-driven, able to do presentations, negotiate and seal deals.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individual with a strong passion for success
