Overview of the Position
Our client in the Automotive and Metal Industry is seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Digital Sales Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for meeting and exceeding digital sales revenue goals for the market. Directs sales processes to generate revenues.
• Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors in order to target needs and drive sales.
• Developing new strategies to increase exposure of products through new channels such as online stores.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Generate repeat sales.
• Learn details about our product and service offerings.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
Qualifications
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
