We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to support the digital growth of the business and build our profile on the ground and support in onboarding new and exciting innovations within other sectors. The role is a great role for entry level candidate who is professional, result driven, motivated and a self-starter. .

Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Marketing:
• Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
• Design website banners and web/social media visuals
• Design brochures, leaflets, business cards etc
• Able to create animations and short videos
• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
• Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
• Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications
• Design and run paid social media campaigns
• Craft methods to grow the platform organically
• Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
• Keep up to date with current digital trends
• Conduct monthly user-testing activities, collecting feedback on how to improve the website

Competence
• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience of managing and writing content for a website
• Google Analytics and SEO experience
• Experience of managing social media campaigns
• Experience of email, AdWords and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and entice
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Digital strategy experience

Essential Desirable Qualifications
• A degree in marketing or any related degree or alternatively, have marketing experience Skills
• Strong writing skill
• Proof reading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail
• Able to multitask between marketing tasks and business development tasks
• Understand start-up culture, able to encourage start-ups to sign up/ launch their businesses on our website
• Experience working for a start up
• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Will be managed from abroad, using Zoom or other video/ audio application
