Job description
Our client is one of the leading electronic security solutions provider in East Africa dealing with access control systems, Fire Safety Systems, CCTV, Intruder detection systems among others.
They seek to hire a highly talented person in the role of Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of online/digital marketing initiatives. He/she will initiate campaigns, track sales and conversions and report on results.. .

Responsibilities
• Take complete charge of online marketing with clear strategy on all online spending
• Track and report on performance across all online channels
• Develop and Manage digital marketing campaigns and oversee social media strategies.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
• Professionally manage all the organization’s e-commerce/digital platforms.
• Promptly attend to all digital customer’s orders, enquiries and customer support.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant persons within the company
• Advise the management on new digital trends and how to optimize return on investment..

  Qualifications
• At least Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• 2 -3 years relevant experience in digital communication and marketing
• Experience in Graphic Design will be an added advantage
• Should be up to date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
