JOB DETAILS:
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual,positive team player and will be responsible for planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales and traffic and engagement

Responsibilities
• Management of Social Media Channels
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Development of Social Media marketing strategy to help drive traffic and engagement.
• Tracking social media trends and developments
• Preparation of weekly and monthly social media reports
• Keeping up to date with social media trends
• Responding to inquiries, complains and comments on social media platforms
• Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and company goals.
• Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
• Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data.
• Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks of the marketing department.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
• Develop and manage website content
• Find and target audiences

Qualifications
• 1+ year of marketing experience
• Content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,Instagram and other social media best practices
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
SALARY RANGE : 30,000 ksh to 50,000 Ksh gross salary p.m
