JOB DETAILS:

Location Nairobi

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Art or related majors, with more than 5 years of painting experience and more than 3 years of digital illustrator work experience
• Good at a variety of illustration styles, excellent aesthetic awareness, strong color control ability, quick thinking and creative;
• Strong commercial awareness, all presentations are from a commercial point of view, taking into account the beauty of design. Strong brand awareness and keen market perception, understand the aesthetic needs of the market.
• Have your own creativity and ideas, be able to draw illustrations according to project requirements, be good at a variety of painting styles, and be able to create corresponding illustrations for different themes;
• Have good brand design thinking and can create unique IP;
• Know how to use Procreate, Photoshop, Sai, Illustrator software and electronic hand-painted boards to create, and be proficient in computer CG painting language and color principles.
• Must be ready to relocate to our new office located in Karen Stables.

Job Duties:
• Responsible for the design of IP, the design of illustration stories for Instagram, WeChat and other social media platforms;
• According to the IP, design related IP products, such as T-shirts, notebooks, picture books, and various gifts;
• Work with the team to complete the extended design of IP products, including animations and videos;
• Complete monthly KPI indicators for social media. Work with the team to increase the conversion rate of social media and complete the team's sales targets.
