JOB DETAILS:
MNC Consulting Group Limited services include but not limited to; Accountancy, Audit & Assurance, HR Development, Financial & Investment Advisory, Taxation, Mgt Consulting.

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website layouts, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually compelling designs.
• Take ownership of the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
• Work closely with other members of the creative team, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets, and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
