The preferred candidates should:
• Be thirty five (35) years of age and below.
• Have Minimum College Diploma.
• Have at least Two (2) years working experience in a similar position.
• Be proficient in computer operations such as internet usage, basic networking, software installation, MS office
• Be knowledgeable in working with the following service portals: E-Citizen, iTax, TSC, HELB, AGPO
• Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Be self-driven and have great customer service skills.
• Have solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Graphics design skills will be an added advantage.
