JOB DETAILS:
Our client, a renowned brand in the industrial and allied sector in Kenya with outlets in major cities of the country are seeking to recruit several qualified Customer Service Representatives to manage the Centers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for leading and managing all operations, sales, stocks and assets ensuring profitability in their assigned outlet/area within the Company area of market and business operation. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Implementing the Company’s sales strategy in line with policies and procedures and corporate strategy.
• Implementing the Company’s annual operating plan to achieve set targets.
• Prospecting and developing new business from the assigned catchment territory.
• Implementing the agreed customer service targets to attract and retain customers.
• Implementing appropriate sales promotion schemes to achieve sales targets.
• Managing Company’s assets and budgets in line with the Company processes, policies and procedures.
• Implementing marketing and promotional activities including identifying and advising on new opportunities.
• Overseeing your designated are and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and statutory guidelines.
• Managing customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• ·Ensuring talent management is achieved i.e. coaching, mentoring, motivating, training and evaluating staff to achieve high levels of performance.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field;
• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position;
• Stock Management experience;
• Financial planning experience;
• Microsoft Office user experience;
