JOB DETAILS:
Salary: 100,000 ksh
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager for their furniture store to provide excellent customer service and manage the team. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Adhere to and manage the approved budget
• Provide sales goals and encouragement to achieve goals
• Implement customer service strategies to improve quality of service

Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Relation Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
