JOB DETAILS:
Infinix seeks to recruit a Customer Service person .
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall operation of Jumia and Kilimall Shop.
• Reply the emails of our customers and partners.
• Respond to the live chats message of our E-commerce site.
• Follow up the fulfillment of orders.
• Help to solve the after sale problems.
• Operate the social media platform such as Facebook, X-club and so on.Reply the comments and interact with our fans online.
• Planning and implementation of online activities such as the buying and gift, flashing deals and more activities like that.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the boss
• Working time would be 9 am to 7:30 pm. Must accept work overtime. Interviewee who did not accept working extra ours can not suit to this position
