Overview
Are you passionate in customer service??!! Join our growing and exciting team. Reporting tthe Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
2. Responding promptly tcustomer inquiries.
3. Handle all helpdesk data entry tasks including calling engineers tget reports for attended calls
4. Follow up and ensure booking and/or quotation of items requested or raised from all engineer related calls
5. Handle all support services data entry tasks related tthe contract dashboard, meter report and machine registry
6. Create, manage, update and maintain the contract dashboard, meter report for all billable equipment and the machine registry for all equipment including new projects
7. Act as helpdesk or customer support representative while one of them is away by:
8. Receiving client call and assisting where required
9. Booking and assigning calls tengineers
10. Support related tasks including
11. Calling clients for service review on engineer attended calls
12. Transcribe client meeting minutes for filing and sharing with clients
13. Contribute tthe customer service improvement by ensuring tracking and closure of all open issues by doing follow ups and escalating issues in good time while communicating tthe client on the progress
14. Drive initiatives and collaboration with the Service Manager for the support and achievements of business strategies and goals
15. Contract Drafting and Follow ups
16. Undertake any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1. Certificate or Diploma in relevant field, a Professional qualification will be an added advantage
2. Previous attachment or internship in a similar position, preferably in the IT /Technology industry
3. Good organizational skills, customer relation and interpersonal skills
4. Goal and result oriented
5. Able tmeet set timelines and deadlines
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability twork under pressure
8. Trustworthy and Honest
9. High level of integrity
10. Team player
