Role Summary
Responsible for providing effective front office services that project the image and service standards of the Authority.
Key Responsibilities
• Keeping front office tidy and presentable.
• Receiving and directing the Authority’s clients.
• Responding to inquiries.
• Checking, sorting and forwarding emails.
• Receiving and routing all incoming calls; and
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date media contact database.
Job Specifications:
• Certificate in any of the following disciplines:
Communications
ii) Public relations
iii) Customer Care or any other related field from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• At least three (3) years relevant experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; and
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Associate Degree
