Job Introduction
Thanks to the exceptional growth William Grant & Sons has experienced in the Middle East & Africa region in recent years, we are now hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Kenya-based team to take our commercial planning and activation to the next level. Based in Nairobi-Kenya, you will be working with a motivated distributor in the Kenyan market. You will be responsible for planning and executing the commercial growth drivers that will establish the next phase of growth for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio.
Main Responsibility
Regional lead for commercial planning and execution across all channels, responsible for developing and delivering the annual calendar of activity that will accelerate brand growth in priority outlets.
Works with cross-functional team, including third party distributors, to identify local market insights from which to create market-relevant growth drivers, sets activation targets and then owns the region-wide drive cycle rhythm to deliver them.
Rigorously evaluates impact of different growth drivers to identify what works and create a cycle of continuous performance improvement.
