JOB DETAILS:
Customer Care and Logistics Specialist

What are we looking for?
1. A planning professional with an Engineering, supply or economics degree or Masters in a relevant field such as supply chain management, planning or business management
2. Certification in APICS, IBF or other supply chain specific programs also preferred
3. Strong technical and functional skills (5+ years in supply chain – supply planning experience required)
4. SAP (ATLAS) expertise is preferred
5. Fluent English Language Skills (verbal and written)
6. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
7. Problem solving capabilities
8. Team player

What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Maintain markets product availability and provide required visibility to support sales delivery on weekly basis.
2. Manage a 3 period availability outlook (3PO) process between the supply, demand and sales.
3. Handle system transactions on SAP: distributor’s orders creation (PI creation), debit & credit notes booking.
4. Support the order to cash cycle ensuring timely availability of all required documents and following on payment process with the distributor.
5. Ensure the required clearing documents are issued on time following the regulations of both source & destination regulations.
6. Weekly reporting/update on GIT Status.
7. Reconcile GIT and distributor stocks system stocks on periodic basis
8. Support the distributors to ensure timely and smooth clearing process
9. Co-ordinate with the distributor to manage the inbound & outbound processes ensuring accurate stock booking, blocking expiries, periodic stock system reconciliation, following FEFO.
10. Co-ordinate with distributor’s physical stock counts & expiries destructions if applicable.
11. Provide shipments status update to sales managers, demand planners and distributors on weekly basis & manage customers inquiries & requests coordinating with other functions when needed
12. Ensure age on dispatch to trade is as per the agreed age profile.
13. Establish & maintain SLAs /ways of working with distributors.
14. Maintain the distributor data in the related systems (Atlas/P12) & implement any change required.
