JOB DETAILS:
Credit Management Assistant
The successful candidate will report in the Credit Management Offcer and he charged with the following responsibilities
• Supporting sales team in negotiation of payment ter,s
• Implemention and contious review of the credit policy
• Assesment of customer credit risk status as part of the credit approval process
• Ensuring Amounts borroed by customers are adquately secured
• Review and update of customer credit facilities
• Development of appropriate strategies for efficient and cost effective recovery
• Effective recovery of non -performing debts, liasing with service providers
• Provision of regular reports on the recovery status of all debts as well as debtor rating of business unit
• Liason with front line front line function to facilitate timely debt collection
• Follow up of customer feedback
Qualifications and Experience
• Upper Second Class degree in Finance , Accounting , Banking or related field
• Professional Qualification in CPA and credit management will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years credit management experience in a financil institution
• Through Knowledge of lending and debt recovery procedures
• Excellent Communication, Analytical , negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Be self motivated, Disciplined and effective team player
• Excellent written and spoken english, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• High integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
