Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our company as a Creative Operations Assistant. As part of our operations team, you collaborate with multiple team members, leaders, and stakeholders, participating wherever necessary to ensure smooth, efficient operations which will include planning, coordinating, implementing, and overseeing various content creation and marketing campaigns for a range of products and services. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. They will have previous experience creating digital content and should have photography, videography, graphic design, and editing skillset. In this role, you will juggle multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
1. Work with the marketing team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
2. Multitask across multiple MSME, Influencers, and Partnership projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
3. Creating/producing content as a photographer, graphics designer, editor, and videographer for Twiva, its clients, and partners.
4. Maintaining a great relationship with influencers, creatives, partners, media, and clients.
5. Administration of Twiva’s content creation studios.
6. Creation and maintenance of Content Marketing planner and schedule.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
2. Superb written and verbal communication skills
3. Efficiency in camera work, both photography, and videography.
4. Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
5. Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
6. Experienced with a variety of editing software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, adobe premiere pro, final cut X, and Adobe After Effects.
7. Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
8. Being a Social Media Influencer is a plus.
9. Must have a valid driver’s license
