JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities
• Excellent Photography and Videography skills with a keen knowledge of trends in the industry.
• The Creative Assistant reports to the Marketing Team and works collaboratively to produce new creative ideas for company branding, promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure proper administration of studio equipment.
• Create/produce high-quality content as a Creative Assistant/Cinematographer for Twiva, its clients, and partners.
• Ability to work in a busy ultra-modern studio as well as on-ground shooting such as events.
• Efficiency in utilizing a variety of different camera types such as but not limited to DSLR, Mirrorless cameras, Broadcast cameras, etc., as well as employing unique camera techniques.
• Skilled in different lighting techniques.
• Multitask across multiple MSMEs, Influencers, and Partnership projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
• Maintaining a great relationship with influencers, creatives, partners, media, and clients.
• Creation and maintenance of a comprehensive Video Content Marketing calendar.

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Creative Assistant role/Cinematography or any other related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a cinematographer with a supporting portfolio
• Skilled in time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with a lot of flexibility
• Quick adapter, handles pressure well, team player and good communication skills
• Excellent photography and videography skills
