Functions Of The County Solicitor
The County Solicitor shall be the principal assistant of the County Attorney in the execution of the functions of the County Attorney under the Office of the County Attorney’s Act 2020 and any other written law.

Qualifications For Appointment
• A person is qualified for appointment to the office of County Solicitor if the person —
• Has at least five years' experience as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya; and
• Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
