FLO Retail is the Footwear sector leader in Turkey that is established in 1960 by Ahmet Ziylan in a small workshop. Directly 10.000 and indirectly 30.000 emloyee are working in FLO. 55 Million pair footwear are selling each years. Today, FLO has nearly 500 Domestic stores almost each cities in Turkey and 100 International Stores in 14 different countries. FLO has three retail sales channels that each of them is the leader of their categories as FLO, Polaris, InStreet. These three retail sales channel is collecting under the umbrella of FLO Retail. FLO has also reputable owned brands such as Lumberjack, Kinetix, Butigo, Polaris, Dockers, Mercedes, along with licensed products and all these brands are selling in FLO stores and wholesale points. FLO is moving forward to achieve the growing goals with the vision of the company is to become one of the ten global brand is coming from Turkey by 2023. Job Responsibilities:
• To evaluate the merchandise sales / cover ratios and prepare reports about the best seller and worse seller products explaining the reasons of the situation.
• Identify the products which are not exist in our ranges but exist in competitor’s ranges and having demand from the customers.
• To attend showroom selection meetings at the HQ with all the analysis collected during the season to implement them during collection/range building
• To evaluate and compare our range of mechandise with competitors’ and identify the customer expectations about prices, colors and styles and compare with HQ related departments.
• To collect the requests of the customers and sales teams and compare with HQ related departments to meet the demand with the existing merchandise replenishment.
• To compare with HQ category departments to ensure the effective and profitable collection considering the season calendars and special event calendar, (Eg. New year, Women’s Day)
• To collect information about the competitors’ positions in the countries.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• In preference to minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• International Business Background preferred
• Fluent in English, Turkish is a plus.
