JOB DETAILS:
Cook
Scope: create well-balanced cost effective menus, prepare meals, serve children and staff and be responsible for the entire kitchen's cleanliness.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
• Have a diploma/degree in catering or a related field
• 2-5 years experience as a cook > Knowledge of safety procedures
• Accountability for the prepared dishes prepare to measure up to the expectations of management and staff
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools such as knife techniques for chopping, slicing cutting, and dicing
• Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time, and handle extreme heat.
