Responsibilities
• Able to cater and have good service management for a busy organization
• Able to work as part of a team or alone
• Able to prepare buffet food and a la carte within specified time
• Make daily orders for purchase and able to control costs
• Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify HOD of any deficiencies
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety inside the work place is observed throughout food preparation and storage areas
• Must have good communication skills and time management
• Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
