Mascoris currently recruiting a Regional Manager to manage our entire business in Kenya and Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer service and satisfaction, working capital management, sustainable profitability and achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
• Min: Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Management, or related field.
• Ideal: Post-graduate Degree in Sales, Finance or similar
• b. Experience:
• 3-S years’ experience in AG Sales
• 3-5 years’ experience supervising a branch.

Key Competencies
• Agood knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
• Atleast 3 years’ experience in Management
• People Skills - ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
• Planning skills
• Able to operate under pressure.
• Supervisory skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Presentations, Teams
• Good communications skills and diplomacy are required with both internal and external customers, legal agencies.
• Negotiations skills with vendors and suppliers
• Time management
• The ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
• Understanding of the political, and socio-economic environment.
• Country-wide territorial knowledge.
