INVITATION TO TENDER

The County Assembly Service Board of Machakos invites applications from qualified and eligible firms to bid for construction of fences, car sheds, and associate  mechanical/electrical works in the following wards

Bid documents may be downloaded from the Assembly website www. machakosassembly.go.ke  or at the IFMIS Portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke  (search for the bid document using the IFMIS negotiation Number provided above) or at Public Procurement Information Portal (tenders.go.ke) free of charge. 

Complete bid documents should be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal:www.supplier.treasury.go.ke so as to be received on or before Friday 10th February 2023 at 11.00AM.

Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the Assembly board room 18, County Hall on Friday 10th February 2023 at 11.00 AM
