INVITATION TO TENDER

STRATEGIC INTEGRATED WARD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR NAROK COUNTY.

CONSTRUCTION OF ECD CLASSROOMS (LOT 18)

Tender No. NCG/OT/023/2022-2023

1. The NAROK COUNTY GOVERNMENT invites sealed tenders for the STRATEGIC INTEGRATED WARD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME FOR NAROK COUNTY.CONSTRUCTION OF ECD CLASSROOMS (LOT 18)

2. Tendering will be conducted under OPEN Procurement Method using a standardized tender document.

3. Tenderer may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours of 0800hrs to 1600hrs.

4. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of tenders.

5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the website www.narok.go.ke or the PPIP website, www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically from the two (2) websites will be FREE OF CHARGE. Tenderers downloading documents from the two (2) websites, i.e. www.NarokCounty.go.ke  or the PPIP website, www.tenders.go.ke  shall immediately advise the NAROK COUNTY that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (name of tenderer, email, telephone number and postal address) through submission of their details to the email addresses email: procurement@narok.go.ke

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of KSHS 300,000 of the tender price.

7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100hrs on JANUARY 18th, 2023. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and times specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

10. Late tenders will be rejected.
