JOB DETAILS:
The Commercial Manager (Agents) will be expected to participate in the determination and directly attain the monthly and annual unit target by implementing the necessary strategies; analyzing trends and result. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and develop annual sales quotas for regions and territories (for agents); projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Maintain sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Establish and adjust rate card by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
• Maintain the sales agents by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees in liaison with the HR department
• Maintain the sales agents job results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be assigned that are consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility..

  Job Skills:
• Broad knowledge in sales forecasting
• Sales force creation, monitoring and sales volumes expansion
• Media industry knowledge with keen eye in consumer behaviour’
• Ability to work independently

  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or in other related field
• At least five (5) years’ experience of working within the media industry or related field
• Sales certifications will be an added advantage
