Academic Qualifications
• Diploma and Higher National Diploma and or University Degree in Construction related field Comments/Observations
• An all around experience in building construction critical
• Mandatory experience in a building construction site based role
• Qualified in and or; Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil /Structure Engineering
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering , project Management , Construction Management etc

Experiences
• Overall 10-15 years’ relevant work experience in the building construction industry especially on a site based role
• Recent relevant past experience 5-10 Years in the modern High Rise office Block development of at least 12 storey with basement, installation etc
