JOB DETAILS:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the holder of this position is responsible for providing strategic and visionary Leadership with full operational responsibility in the mobilization, management and availing of resources for research, publications, capacity building and awards for environmental management in Kenya.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership in the development and deployment of the organizations strategy.
  
• Develop, promote and implement o sound legal and regulatory framework.
  
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams to create o high performance culture.
  
• Oversee the implementation of resource allocation, efficient program implementation, and competent program monitoring and evolution.
  
• Lead the development and execution of on effective fundraising and communications strategy aimed at raising funds, generating goodwill and advancing the mission of NETFUND.
  
• Provide leadership in the inculcation of NETFUND values. Provide regular and quality reports to the Board of Trustees.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Post graduate degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  
• Must have 10 years relevant experience with at least five (5) years in senior management.
  
• Demonstrable resource mobilization capabilities
  
• Knowledge of finance and investments.
